End State Goals

HK?s main goal is financial. Its ultimate end state goal is to achieve $32M sales figure within six months of implementation to go forward (outside deadline is one year).
End State Goals are those goals that must be obtained and fulfilled at the conclusion of the implementation plan.
Strategic Management Process

HK has developed a Steering committee. The Steering Committee's primarily function is to oversight the entire project?s process. This will be conducted through the development of achievable milestones. HK?s main end state goal is to obtain $32M sales figure within six months of implementation to go forward (outside deadline is one year).
Strategic management is about the organizational success now and in the future. This management and research apporach concentrates on the firm's ability to organize its routines, capabilities and resources for success. The strategic management breaks away from the concept of strategy. They are far from the same (Wikepedia.org).
The strategic Management Process is applied to identify and prioritize projects aligned to an organization?s strategic plan (Gray, 2006).
