Since, Global Communication being industry leader for long term in selling products that has reached its maturity, company seriously lacks in offering variety products with attractive service offers, high tech gadget, and call features as compared to their competitors. Due to fierce competition among telecommunication, local, long-distance, and international markets are competing for the same business. To get the larger share of the pie Global communication is forced to sell its services on discounted packages. Furthermore adding to the problem, cable companies are offering video, telephony, and internet services as packaged deal to attract its customers and hampering the company’s overall revenue. Even non-traditional companies are adding more customer churn for Global Communication by offering latest telephone services by using voice-over-internet (VOIP). Global communication can become and lead the industry in terms of technology, innovation, and the best company for employees to work. Company can accomplish its vision by investing in technology development and offer new, competitive and innovative products for wide range of customers.

Global communication can introduce new value added service offerings primarily to small business and consumer customers and offering packaged deals for local, long-distance, and wireless services. This can increase the market share of Global Communications and thus the revenue generated. To stay ahead of the competition, and to provide same quality and type of services in wireless world, which includes wireless phone, high speed internet and mobile television on a single wireless device. Global communication will upgrade and improve existing network to provide high-speed data services.
