There is no time like the present to start making small changes that will have a lasting impact.

In Genesis 4:1, “And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived.” Knew in this verse Yada in Hebrew meaning an experiential and reflexive knowing; It is knowing, being made known, perceiving, and learning (Clinton & Ohlschlager, 2002, p. 501). It is a reflection of the purest of intimacy, where God wants us to know Him as He knows us. Ephesians 5:31-32, “For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh; This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church” (KJV). “This is the attitude of chasity and purity that God wants us to practice” (Clinton & Oschalger, 2002, p.502). Intimacy is the key to having a lasting healthy relationship, and it is necessary for both people to be open and honest to obtain a higher level of trust that is needed to fuel the fires.

I studied its pro
