Yvonne Reynolds is also a store manager; her role is Director Store Operations. Yvonne manages the operations for all three stores, including inventory, purchasing and logistics. Yvonne is in charge of security, facility maintenance and to ensure the stores are in compliance with federal and state regulations. Yvonne is responsible for supervising the Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Manager. Yvonne acts as a consultant management on operational concerns for store operations. Yvonne has developed policies and procedures on purchasing and inventory for customer satisfaction. Yvonne also maintains as well as develops contractual agreements with vendors to maintain compliance with purchasing policies and procedures. (Apollo Group). Yvonne also supervises the Purchasing Agent along with the Manager of Purchasing and Inventory Manager.
Brenda Wagner role is that of Director of Administration and human resources, Brenda supervise the Human Resources Assistant and the Administrative Assistant. Brenda is responsibilities are to develop policies and coordinate administrative and human resources activities such as labor relations, employment and compensation. Brenda analyzes salary and wage reports and consults with legal counsel regarding policies that have to do with state and federal law. Brenda ensures Kathy if Kudler has a job opening a pool of qualified candidates’ will be readily available to fill the position. Brenda ensures all managers are properly trained on hiring and selection procedures. (Apollo Group).
